SS Prince Tru Magnum "Magnum" SS Prince Tru Magnum is a stunning 9 year old Trussardi* son. Bred by Stuart Sander's Sterling Bloodstock. CA/LFS/OAMM/SCID Clear. He was started under saddle in 2021 and was ridden around the farm and in our indoor. He has not had a significant amount of time under saddle since then but received a few more months under saddle Fall of 2023. He is currently considered greenbroke. It is planned for him to be gelded this Spring/Summer. Mag is an absolute doll personailty wise. He is sweet, kind, and gentle. He loves attention, to be spoiled, and doted on. He rides around really well. After a few months of getting him, I took him for a ride around our property without an issue at a Walk/Trot and no funny business. I am uncertain as to if he has had any training under saddle prior, but it does seem he may have at least been ground driven at one point as he responded to steering/stopping like he was used to it. He has noticeably had a ton of groundwork and handling done prior to coming here.
Now for the bad, he is TERRIFIED of vaccinations. From what we were told is that one of his owners along the way was "Too scared of him" and sedated him every single time she did something with him. His behaviors towards vaccinations do seem as if it is a traumatic thing for him. He does not have behaviors for anything else other than being vaccinated that would warrant being sedated to be handled. Mag is one of the easiest stallions to handle that I have been around that we haven't personally raised. He is GREAT for everything else. Mag also has a mild club foot (front right) that our farrier says is not bad at all. Mag is going to be in consistent training, be gelded Spring/Summer, and then listed for sale. Any questions in the meantime are welcome. He doesn't have to sell, but if he does, he deserves a really good and understanding home.
More updates and information on him being ridden to come!
